Savannah Sikes
Luxury REALTOR® · Short-Term Rental Specialist · Fredericksburg native

Savannah began her professional real estate career in 2018. Since then, her sales have consistently ranked among the Top 20 Realtors in our local MLS every year from 2018 until now, with over $75 million in total sales, including ranking #2 out of 355 agents in 2025. Most recently, she was honored by her peers on the Absolute Charm Real Estate Group team as Agent of the Year—the agent they would most trust to sell their own homes. Her colleagues also recognized her for her exceptional ability to foster outstanding client relationships and loyalty.
In 2019, Savannah earned her GRI designation and graduated from Leadership Gillespie County's Class of 2019. She has worked extensively with developers to list subdivisions for sale and has represented dozens of buyers and sellers in short-term rental properties and other investments.
A Fredericksburg native, Savannah grew up immersed in her family's businesses. As the daughter of Absolute Charm's Team Leader, Tammy Pack, Savannah learned early the value of hard work, professionalism, and creativity. Her clients often commend her for her straightforward advice, market expertise, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Savannah's journey in business began at age 10, helping at her family's retail store, Tea Rose Quilts, on Fredericksburg's Main Street. Simultaneously, the family launched the Absolute Charm B&B Reservation Service, where Savannah mastered its software and handled reservations—all while managing retail transactions. This hands-on experience gave her comprehensive knowledge of the vacation rental industry, a quality highly valued by her clients.
While studying at Pepperdine University in California, Savannah interned at a luxury real estate brokerage, gaining invaluable practical experience. Even during this time, the Absolute Charm team sought her input on advertising, branding, and marketing. Upon returning to Fredericksburg, her first major project was the complete remodel of Absolute Charm's stunning office, which earned praise from Texas Monthly: "One moment I'm standing on the front porch of an old Fredericksburg rock house, the next I'm stepping into what feels like an office in Austin or Dallas. Everything looks glamorous, sleek, new" (February 2020).
Savannah is married to David and together they are raising a family that keeps them on their toes. They are members of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, and Savannah is also an active member of her local Kappa Alpha Theta alumni chapter.
