“Savannah was our realtor for the recent purchase of our vacation home in Fredericksburg. We will definitely use her again on any future real estate deals and would gladly recommend her to others.”

“Savannah did a Great job in finding us the perfect Propery to build our Dream home On we came from out of State she did her homework and had lots of Properties for us to see till we found the Perfect one!”

“This young realtor is amazing and helped me sell my house twice & buy my new home. Not only is she a five star in all the above like local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, negotiation skills but she has incredible taste and always available when needing her expertise in design, paint colors etc in my future endeavors. She is not only my realtor but my dear friend now. Thank you Savannah.”

“Savannah is very knowledgeable and professional. This was my first time buying a house and I am so thankful for Savannah. She made a stressful and scary experience easier and better for me. For reasons beyond our control (Never use Bank of America for your loan!) we had quite a few more bumps in the road than the normal home buying process. Savannah helped me navigate those choppy waters with relative ease. Let Savannah help you find your dream home, you won't regret it!”

“Savannah got our house listed and sold all within a month! She brought us a good cash offer in 3 days after launching an open house immediately after we listed! Can't be more thankful for her hands-on staging, the excellent photographer she brought in, and obviously for the quick sale!”

“Savannah was incredible! She listed our house and it was under contract in three days and closed in less than 30!!! My husband and I are so grateful for all the hard work she put into listing, staging, and showing our house! She had a photographer who took amazing photos of our home! All in all, we couldn't be more impressed with an agent!”

“I had an exceptional experience working with Savannah in purchasing my new home. Her professionalism, expertise, dedication, and knowledge of the Fredericksburg market were truly outstanding. She guided me through every step of the process, listened attentively to my preferences, and consistently went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me. Thanks to Savannah, I am now the proud owner of my first home, and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.”
