• Every improvement (homes, fences, walls, landscaping, exterior changes) needs advance written approval from the Friedën Reviewer under the Design Guidelines; review runs in stages from pre-design meeting through final site visit.
• Minimum heated/cooled size depends on lot type: Sunday Haus 1,600 sq ft, Mittel Haus 2,200 sq ft, Farm Haus 3,200 sq ft; height capped at 26 ft (one story) / 36 ft (two story).
