A Family Business From the Start
I am a Fredericksburg native, and I grew up in my family's businesses. My first job, at age 10, was helping at our family's store on Main Street, Tea Rose Quilts. Around the same time, the family launched the Absolute Charm B&B Reservation Service. I learned the software, took reservations and handled retail sales, all at once. I did not know it then, but I was learning the vacation rental business from the inside.
That business grew into Absolute Charm Vacation Rentals, a local, family-owned company founded in 2007. In 2015, my mom, Tammy Pack, co-founded Absolute Charm Real Estate with Wes Pack. In 2018, the team moved to eXp Realty. Today my mom is our Team Leader, and I am proud to work alongside her.

Absolute Charm Real Estate Group has more than $1 billion in team sales. For 2025, RealTrends ranked our team #1 in Fredericksburg by both sales volume and transaction sides. Those numbers matter, but what matters more is what they mean for clients. My own business has grown with the team. Since 2018, I have ranked in the Top 20 in our local MLS every year, with more than $75 million in career sales. In 2025, I ranked #2 out of 355 agents. Short-Term Rental Know-How
Because of our family's history in vacation rentals, short-term rentals are in my blood. I understand bookings, guest expectations, seasonality and the city's permit rules. I have represented dozens of buyers and sellers of STR properties and other investments. When a client is looking at an STR, I can help them look past the listing photos and into how the property really performs.
Our Office on Main Street
After I came home to Fredericksburg, my first big project with the team was the complete remodel of our office at 709 West Main Street. It is an old Fredericksburg rock house on the outside, and modern and polished on the inside. In February 2020, Texas Monthly described it as "glamorous, sleek, new." We love welcoming clients there, and it reflects how we work: rooted in Fredericksburg history, with a fresh, modern approach.

I earned my GRI designation in 2019, and I graduated from Leadership Gillespie County that same year. I have worked with developers to list subdivisions and with buyers and sellers across Fredericksburg and the Hill Country, from historic homes near Main Street to luxury homes and land.
